This page covers this website, getflowly.co.uk, and buying Flowly Standard from it. Flowly Pro, the app at myflowly.co.uk, has its own privacy policy.
Flowly is run by Luke Young, a sole trader in the UK, trading as Flowly. If you've got a question about your data, email hello@getflowly.co.uk or message Luke on WhatsApp on 07514 202898.
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to see which of our ads bring people to the site and lead to a sale. It only loads if you say yes on the cookie banner. Say no and it never loads, and the site works exactly the same.
You can change your mind any time:
If you say yes, Meta can set these cookies and receive which pages you viewed, if you pressed a buy button, a free trial button, an Etsy link or the WhatsApp button, and if you completed a Standard purchase (the amount, not your card or contact details):
| Cookie | Set by | What it's for | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta | Tells Meta it's the same browser across visits, for ad measurement | 3 months |
| _fbc | Meta | Only set if you arrived from one of our ads, to link the visit to that ad | 3 months |
If you came from one of our ads, the free trial button passes the ad's campaign tags (the utm_ part of the web address) on to myflowly.co.uk, so we can see which ad a trial came from. Meta's click ID is only passed on if you said yes.
Meta uses this under its own terms and privacy policy. Your yes or no is saved in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, so we don't ask every time.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe gives us your email address, any name you enter, and what you paid, so we can confirm the payment, send you the download link and help if something goes wrong. Our checkout and download service runs on Supabase.
We keep purchase records for as long as HMRC requires for tax records (at least five years after the tax return deadline). We use your email for your purchase and for support.
Buying on Etsy instead? Then Etsy handles your details under Etsy's privacy policy.
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Message us and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
